Privacy policy

Community Tails is currently a waitlist. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• What you give us: whether you’re an owner or a sitter, your email, your zip code or neighborhood, and any optional follow-up answers (for example pets, services offered, or a link to your reviews or social media).
• How you found us: the campaign tag in the link you used (such as utm_source) and the referring page, if your browser shares it.
• Basic analytics: anonymous page views and signup counts via Vercel Web Analytics, which doesn’t use cookies.

How we use it

• To email you a confirmation and tell you when Community Tails launches near you.
• To decide which neighborhoods to launch in first and what to build.

We don’t sell your information and we don’t share it for advertising.

Who processes it

We use a small number of service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Upstash (storing waitlist signups) and Resend (sending email). They process data on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it for the launch.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. To see, correct or delete your information, email hello@communitytails.com.

Children

Community Tails is not intended for anyone under 18.

We’ll update this page if our practices change and post the new date at the top.
